Note: Sargassum Seaweed is a naturally occurring seaweed that typically arrives along Florida's coast during the warmer months, with the season generally running from spring through early fall. Because it is a natural environmental event driven by ocean currents, winds, and weather conditions, its presence can vary from day to day and is beyond anyone's control. While cleanup efforts may be made when possible, nature ultimately determines when and how much sargassum reaches our beaches.
